Welcome to Isekai!

We provide our services subject to the following terms and conditions. By visiting or shopping on this website, you agree to these conditions and our other policies. Please read them carefully.

For the purposes of this policy:

  • “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Isekai,
  • “You” or “your” refers to the customer or user of our site and services.

Products

  1. The items displayed on our website are represented as mock-ups to provide an estimated preview of the final product. Slight variations in colour and size may occur.
  2. All prints are produced in proportion to the specified sizes. For custom images that do not fit standard aspect ratios, adjustments will be made, e.g. a square image selected for an A4 print will be printed at 21 x 21 cm.
  3. Items marked "Pre-Order" are not currently in stock and typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive. If your cart includes both pre-order and regular items, your entire order will be shipped once the pre-order items are available.

Orders, Payments & Quotes

  1. Orders will only be processed once full payment is received. 
  2. Payments are accepted exclusively through our safe and secure payment partner Yoco. Payment on collection or delivery is not accepted.
  3. Quotes and draft orders are valid for 24 hours. After this period, any pricing adjustments will apply, and we are no longer obligated to honour the original quote.
  4. Production begins on the next working day after payment is completed and takes 10 working days (strictly within store hours). Delays may occur due to supplier resource limitations, equipment damage, power outages, or high order volumes. Larger orders will require extended production times. 
  5. Unfortunately, due to limitations in our website provider's platform, orders can only be marked as either "fulfilled" or "unfulfilled." Because of this, your order status will only update to "fulfilled" once it has been handed over to the courier or collected. Order updates are also only sent out upon handover.
  6. Collections must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Unscheduled collections will not be accommodated.
    • Orders not collected within 7 days will be restocked and made available for resale without refund.
  7. We use The Courier Guy for delivery of our parcels across South Africa. Parcels are handed over to their team after our production period, and delivery typically takes 2–5 working days from the handover date. These times may vary depending on branch operating hours, courier volumes, or other unforeseen delays.
  8. International Delivery: The calculated rates do not include customs duties or taxes that may be charged upon arrival in your country. Customers are responsible for the full international shipping fee, which is non-refundable once production begins.
  9. We do not accept order cancellations once payment has been completed.

Risk of Loss & Returns

  1. Every order is packed with care, precision, and documented with photo and/or video evidence. No changes are made to the contents after this documentation.
  2. We are not responsible for mishandling, theft, damage, or loss by couriers, including third-party or self-arranged couriers. We ensure that items are properly packaged and that couriers receive the necessary handling instructions. 
  3. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind (buyer’s remorse), or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
  4. In accordance with Section 55 and 56 of the Consumer Protection Act, if an item you receive is defective or damaged due to production/packaging error (not courier mishandling), you may request a replacement or refund.

Discrimination and Vulgarity

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against discrimination, vulgarity, and abuse towards our brand or team. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Racism, sexism, ageism, or religious intolerance
  • Profanity or personal attacks
  • False accusations

We reserve the right to terminate any business or communication without compensation if such behaviour occurs.

Privacy & Accounts

  1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, password, and other personal information.
  2. If you are under 18, you may only use this website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion.

  4. We collect your personal information (name, email, phone number, and delivery address) for order fulfilment, communication, and marketing emails (when opted in). We do not share your information with third parties, apart from the courier if necessary.

Electronic Communications

By interacting with us through our website, email, or social media, you consent to electronic communications. You agree that such communications meet any legal requirement for written correspondence.

License and Site Access

  1. We grant you a limited license to access and personally use this site. Unauthorised use includes but is not limited to:
    • Downloading, copying, or reselling product images, descriptions, or data
    • Framing proprietary content such as logos or text without permission
    • Using data mining tools or other unauthorised methods to extract information (e.g. bots, scraping tools, etc).
  2. Any unauthorised use of this site terminates your license.

Reviews, Comments, and User-Submitted Content

  1. You may submit reviews, comments, and suggestions, provided they are not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or infringing on intellectual property.
  2. By submitting content, you grant Isekai a royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and distribute the content.
  3. We reserve the right to monitor and remove any content that violates these terms.

Policies, Modifications, and Severability

Please review our other policies posted on this site, as they also govern your experience with us.

  1. We reserve the right to update our site, policies, and terms at any time.
  2. If any term is found to be unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
