Order Cancellation

Once your order has been paid for, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances. Please ensure that all order details β€” including sizes, designs, and contact information β€” are correct before checking out.Β 


Refunds and Exchanges

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind (buyer’s remorse), or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
  • In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, if an item you receive is defective or damaged due to production/packaging error (not courier mishandling), you may request a replacement or refund.
    • We document all parcels with photos or videos before shipping to verify product condition before dispatch.
  • Claims for damaged or defective items must be communicated on the same day of delivery. Please include clear photo or video evidence and email us at isekai.711@gmail.com.
  • We reserve the right to request the return of the item for inspection before a refund or exchange can be issued.
    • The item must be delivered to us/dropped off before 7-days elapse after the customer received the shipment.
    • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • For approved claims where product damage occured, we will only cover the delivery cost of the replacement.
  • For exchanges, the customer is liable for the cost of returning the item to us, and the delivery back to the client.Β 
  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after inspection and confirmation of the reported issue.
