Cancellation policy

Quotes, draft orders, and purchase requests may be changed or cancelled before payment is completed. Quotes and draft orders are valid for 24 hours and are not considered confirmed until full payment has been received.

After Payment

Once payment has been completed, an order is considered confirmed and enters our production process. Due to the personalised nature of our products and the costs incurred once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled after payment has been made.

This applies to both standard and custom-made products.

Custom Orders

Custom products are produced according to the specifications, images, sizes, and other details provided by the customer. Once payment has been received, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information and specifications provided to us are correct before completing payment.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may not be cancelled once payment has been completed. Pre-order items are ordered specifically for the customer and are subject to the estimated 2–4 week arrival period stated on the product listing.

Where a product is defective or does not comply with the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act, the applicable remedies will apply.
